I was craving some wonton soup and dumplings, so I decided to try this place. I got a variety of dumplings, wonton soups, peanut butter noodles, and some braised pork with rice. The dumplings and wonton soups were delicious, so I was very pleased. The peanut butter noodles were a little dry, but the taste is pretty good. As for braised pork with rice, they gave a pretty decent portion of pork, but the taste was a little lacking. Overall, the food was pretty delicious; it might have been better if we ate in the store.
It's brand new in this location. It was my first time having cuisine from this region in China. The food was totally delicious and i enjoyed it immensely. I had the beef soup with a fried egg and rice on the side. The food was very clean and fresh. The service was great. I will definitely return back soon and try s9me more dishes. . Definitely 5 stars!
My first time having Fujianese food!! Stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a go. Extremely "cozy" fuss free interior; nothing fancy, just eat and go type of place. The most popular dish that was constantly being ordered was the peanut butter noodles. Above the fridge was massive jars of American Skippy pb, which was amusing. Bouncy noodles paired with a slight salty kick from soy sauce and creamy peanut butter. Second dish we ordered was these baos. Freshly steamed with meat filling. Great texture and throughly enjoyed our time here. Extremely, extremely cheap too; under $10 for a filling lunch.
My go to place for traditional fj food, the food is tasty and the people are nice :) super close to my place so always stop by when I have chance.
As a child, I love going down to this small diner in China for some peanut butter noodles and pork dumpling soup. This small gem of a place brought me back to my childhood. It's not a big place, but the owners are very caring and it shows in their food. Everything is made from scratch by hand except the peanut butter of course. Very inexpensive, 2.50 for the noodles and 3.00 for the soup. This place wasn't listed on Yelp and the food was absolutely delicious enough to where I believe it deserves the attention.
